The other night I stayed up late to watch one of my old movies on VHS, after it was done and I was rewinding it and the TV popped back on with a commercial for Girls Gone Wild!
This got me to thinking, well, NOT in that way.
Perhaps all fine and well for the guys to watch but, what about us girls? You never see a commercial for Guys Gone Wild for the ladies to enjoy.
What’s with that?
All of a sudden it hits you, wow!
Perfume/cologne/after shave over load!
Now I have nothing against perfume/cologne and smelling pretty, I myself use it as do my sons and husband.
Isn’t it like Brylcreem – a little dab will do ya?

Here’s something a bit different. A couple of days ago we got another two inches of snow. I love the change of seasons, but by about a month or so of winter – I’ve had my fill of snow!
Shoveling, shoveling and more shoveling, it seems to be never ending this year.
I know we need it to bring water levels up in our lakes, but I vote we have a serious talk with Mother Nature.
Wouldn’t it be nice if it would only snow on the places we didn’t have to shovel?
You’re driving down the road and all of a sudden the car in front of you turns, you hit the brakes. What the heck….out of nowhere with no warning.
Okay I know I was paying attention, right?
You think, did I just not see the turn signal?
Does the driver in front of you know their signals aren’t working?
Or was it just an option on their car they didn’t buy?
I thought that turn signals are standard equipment on cars these days.
Come on people I am not a mind reader.

Okay, here’s a question for you.
You’re done folding and putting away the laundry to find one sock missing.
Where did it go?
I’m finding this rather odd since my socks always match up. After all, they are what I call “funky” socks. You know the different colors, with different designs, like of course cats and dogs. So I have never really had a problem with a left over sock that is missing its mate with mine. On the other hand, I find your basic gray, black or white socks are another story.
The search begins!
It’s back to the dryer, perhaps left behind, no. Check the washer maybe there? No. Okay, check the clothes hamper/dirty laundry basket, which ever, nope, not there. You’ve look in all the logical places and it’s not there.
I once was told that they are sucked out through the rinse spin cycle. How can that be! That doesn’t make any since when they some how magically reappear the next time you do laundry.
Where were they!!
